Bookshelf organizing
Hello Bookwanderers! You may be wondering what the pictures have to do with the post. I shall tell you. Today I went to my grandparents house and while I was there I organized one of her bookshelves. It was exciting to see what type of books my grandparents owned. There was quite a few, as you can see in the pictures below, and I had fun organizing them. I did neither alphabetical or by color. I figured that would take way to long and weeks later it would be ruined my my wild sisters scavenging for books. So I put all the books that were apart of a series together and ones that were of the same topic together. Once I got to the top shelf it had begun to get hard to do that because there were various books. Lots were about stuff to do with the Bible, prayer and Christian stuff on that shelf. The first two and a half shelves were filled with picture books and middle grade novels for us kids to read. I found a ton of those Warrior Cats books by Erin Hunter on the bookshelf. I was surprised to learn that there were multiple series of Warrior Cats books. I even found a few books I had been planning to borrow from the Library! Who knew that my grandparents had books that I found interest in? That goes to show you that if you just look around a bookshelf you may find some fascinating treasures.
My finished creation is below!
