Fairy Tale Time: The Frog Prince

Hello fairy tale readers! While I read  The Frog Prince by Jacob & Wilhem Grimm I realized I had not watched Disney's Princess and the Frog in several years but I am %99 sure that Disney's version does not follow the main story line.
In the Brothers Grimm version there was a little princess who had been playing with her golden ball, she had lost her grip and down it plopped into the spring. It had fallen quite deep to where she could not reach it, so when a frog came along and offered his assistance in the condition that the princess would share her food and bed with him, she accepted his offer. Once the frog had handed her the ball the princess retereated to her home forgetting about the frog. That evening the frog found his way to where the young girl lived, rapped on the door and finally was let in. He slept and ate with the princess for three nights. On the morning of the third day the princess awoke to find, not a frog, but a prince gazing down at her from the end of the bed. In the end the prince married the young girl and lived happily ever after.
That is the quick summary, there are several other details if you read the full story.

Questions:
Do you think the princess should have accepted the frogs offer to help? Why or why not?
Should the princess's father have made her keep her promise to the frog? Why?
Should the princess have married the prince even though she has only just met him?
What was the moral of the story?

We will take a break from fairy tales for a while and hopefully in the next few weeks I will be up and posting again. Have a fantabulous summer!

Peace, Autumn
